Jeff began his career with McGough in May of 1998. In his role as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Construction Services, Jeff works with teams delivering projects across the organization to ensure continuity of practices and a continuous improvement mindset across all our of construction operations. Additionally, with his extensive resume of large, complex healthcare projects, Jeff is actively involved in the planning and execution of healthcare projects locally and nationally.
Jeff joined the McGough team right out of college as a project engineer on a hospital in Fargo, ND. He continued the Project Management track, working as a project manager, senior project manager and project executive – primarily on healthcare projects. Jeff led McGough’s project management team for four years before stepping back into a project role on a very large hospital project. He earned his Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) in 2013 and has maintained it since that time. Additionally, with his engineering background, he prides himself in understanding the science behind how buildings work and, more importantly, how we as builders put them together. Jeff is a member of ASHE (American Society of Healthcare Engineers). Outside of work, he is an avid woodworker. Having worked as a carpenter (pre-professional career) for many years, he puts those skills to work in the community. Over the years, he has done so by building play equipment for Head Start schools, homes for Habitat for Humanity, and, more recently, constructing a storage shed and benches for the local community tennis team.
