It depends on the role. Office-based positions often have hybrid options, field roles are based at the project site, and traveling roles follow the work. We’ll be straightforward about what a given role looks like day-to-day.

Yes. For roles that require a move, we offer relocation support to make the transition smoother for you and your family. We’ll walk through the specifics as part of the conversation.

Coming in senior doesn’t mean you’ve topped out. Many of our longest-tenured leaders joined at the senior level and kept growing into broader roles from there. We’ll talk through where you want to go and whether McGough is the right place to get there.
