Major exterior restoration that included tuck-pointing of veneer brick and stone and replacement of damaged brick, emergency structural stabilization, new window and curtain wall system, and a new roof. In addition, the project included site improvements, replacement of a deteriorating retaining wall and the addition of a parking area.
