Project Description

10,000 SF facility with three primary components: aquatic holding facilities, biological lab/research facilities and office/administration facilities; as well as a 5,000 SF winter storage facility. The goal of this project was to create a modern research environment to maximize Minnesota’s ability to respond to current and future threats to its lakes.

McGough has been building, renovating, remodeling and expanding educational facilities for more than 60 years. We feel honored to have had the opportunity to construct many of the places – classrooms, science laboratories, libraries, student housing, and recreational and performing arts facilities – where students’ lives have been, and continue to be, shaped for generations to come.
