Project Description

Renovation of a 22,175 SF facility that provides multiple student services including orientation, academic advising, tutoring, study abroad and diversity programs, and career planning. The project included selective demolition; general construction of offices, interview rooms and conference rooms; use of demountable partitions in select areas; replacement of first-floor exterior windows; ADA toilet rooms; HVAC system utilizing district chilled water; excavation and replacement/upsize of chilled water pipes to building; fire sprinkler (basement and first floor); life-safety systems; and electrical power distribution, lighting and data/communications.
