Project Description

Remodel of the dining center that was originally built in 1974. The servery was expanded to accommodate new equipment and modern culinary concepts, while the dining room was redesigned to increase seating. Upgrades included all-new mechanical and cooking equipment, electrical distribution, LED lighting package and complete automation. The project targeted and met various B3 objectives to fulfill the university’s green initiatives.
