Project Description
Award-winning remodel of a 1980s private office environment into a more contemporary open office environment. In addition to renovating the office areas, McGough turned a large street-level area into a 7,000 SF public commons space for media production use. Theatrical lighting, curtains and acoustical enhancements were added with integrally colored polished concrete, reclaimed wood and a vintage brick veneer. The new office environment included conference rooms; boardroom; team breakout areas and a large breakout room; new bathrooms; and new dressing rooms. The finishes included extensive glass walls and doors and custom vinyl wall covering. The project won an award for Architectural Flooring/Hardscape from the Minnesota Concrete Council.
