Project Description
Condominium building featuring two 17-story towers sheathed in glass, with the METRO Blue Line at its doorstep. The towers reflect the newest concepts in design, engineering, sound insulation and air filtration. Space is mastered to visually increase square footages. Floor-to-ceiling glass provides stunning vistas of the downtowns and 14,000 acres of marsh, grassland and forest.
Units range from 640 SF one-bedrooms to more than 2,100 SF penthouse condominiums, with each unit displaying its own distinctive style and best-in-class features and finishes.
