Project Description
New construction consisting of nine stories, plus penthouse and subway levels for 11 total levels. The building is approximately 192,000 SF, pan and joist concrete structure, curtain wall and precast exterior. The interior consists of open office, hard wall office and open lab processing areas for sorting and distributing blood lab samples. The facility also houses anatomy teaching classrooms and labs.
