Project Description
Approximately 65,000 SF of newly constructed office space above a one-level 50,000 SF underground parking area, as well as the renovation of 30,400 SF of existing office space. The new facility boasts 144 tons of geothermal heating and cooling capacities, solar thermal domestic piping, and graywater and rainwater retention.
