New construction on the 400 and 401 buildings for Securian. 400 Robert was new construction of a 13-story, 630,000 SF office building and a four-level underground parking structure with 930 spaces. 401 Robert was new construction of a 13-story, 632,000 SF office building, awarded LEED-EB certification by the USGBC in 2009 - the first in either Twin Cities downtown.
