Development | Nasseff Specialty Center

Project Description

This building is a five-story 128,500 SF “Class A” medical office space on United Hospital’s campus. It is a steel structure with an exterior skin consisting of precast, punched glass openings and front entry five-story curtain wall. The site consists of a drive-under drop-off area, front entry plaza, both of which have in-slab radiant heat tubing, and a private side courtyard with pavers and landscaping. The front lobby is a four-story open atrium consisting of terrazzo flooring, stone columns, precast panels, a three-story split face and polished granite water fall feature and a built-in fireplace. The center will be connected to United Hospital’s ramp and hospital corridor systems via a new skyway across Smith Avenue.
