This 160,000 SF corporate headquarters was awarded LEED Platinum certifcation, which makes it the frst project in Minnesota to achieve the highest possible rating from the USGBC. McGough worked closely with the client and the design team to develop construction solutions to support this aggressive goal. Among the unique features of the project are an innovative geothermal HVAC system and the recycling of GRE’s own industrial by-product into both the concrete mix and carpet backing.
