Building for the Next Generation
Renovation of the former Cray Research facility (also constructed by McGough), a 480,000 SF headquarters, together with 25,000 SF of new construction. The project involves major modifications to the Ecolab facility, converting office spaces to research and development laboratory facilities. This project achieved the first LEED-EB Silver certification (Existing Buildings) in Minnesota.
Our development process is defined by these characteristics:
Transparency.
We share our financial models with our clients. We discuss and negotiate appropriate profit margins and fees, rather than camouflaging them in lease rates.
Expert Advice.
Our open approach is complemented by an extensive skill-set with expertise in finance, land use, entitlements, architecture, public finance, market analysis, and capital structuring.
Respect.
Every development project is a partnership. While financial success is essential, our goal is to earn our client’s long-term trust and respect.
