Project Description

The recently completed College of Saint Benedict Main Building Academic Renovation included both Gertrude Hall, Teresa Hall and the connection between the two. Gertrude Hall was originally constructed in 1898 with Teresa Hall and connecting link following in 1912. In 2015, McGough completed the renovation of the fourth floor in Gertrude Hall for the CSB Nursing Department. All remaining floors of both Gertrude and Teresa were affected by this project. Nearly 62,000 SF of the buildings were remodeled. The project was broken up into nine phases to maximize the areas CSB could use for students, staff and faculty.
