Project Description

Addition constructed adjacent to the existing Weitz Center for Creativity. The new addition is 56,500 SF and is a combination of precast concrete and steel framed structure. The exterior materials consist of brick and stone masonry, aluminum curtain wall/windows and metal panels. The interior includes a moderate to high level of finish with many spaces being specially treated for acoustical performance. The project also included all related site work. Site work included: bike shelter, new pervious pavers, new sidewalk, courtyard area and new landscaping around the building.
