Project Description
The project is a to-be-built 285-key Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott located in McKinney, TX. It will become the gateway project for the 2,200-acre mixed-use Craig Ranch development. The hotel will be situated across the street from the nationally recognized Craig Ranch TPC golf course and will have 36,000 SF of state-of-the-art meeting space, a three-meal restaurant and a significant pool/lazy river amenity that will give it a resort feel separating it from any other offerings in the Dallas market. The hotel will have access to preferred tee times at the TPC golf course and to the 75,000 SF Craig Ranch Fitness Center and Spa. The hotel will also benefit from the 300-seat Piazza in the Village wedding chapel that is directly adjacent to the property.
