Owner’s Fit-Up

McGough helps coordinate the installation and connection of the owner’s furniture and equipment within the facility.

Commissioning + Testing

Third-party testing is completed for all mechanical and electrical systems to ensure they’re operating properly before project completion. 

Training

McGough provides comprehensive on-site training on building systems and maintenance for facility managers and owners through in-person, written and video documentation. 

Final Cost Accounting

Throughout the life of a project, the entire cost process is transparent. Final cost accounting is the last step to ensure we met or exceeded expectations and that detailed documentation of all costs has occurred before handoff.

Documentation of Sustainability Component

If applicable to the project, we maintain sustainability documentation throughout the project. McGough’s reputation as a leader in LEED, WELL and B3 certifications has allowed us to easily partner and support our clients in achieving desired certification.

Electronic Operations + Maintenance Manuals

We produce Operations and Maintenance Manuals in detailed electronic format so owners and facility managers can readily and easily access the critical information they need to maintain and use all systems and building capabilities.
