Sharing Our Lean Journey in Chicago

Team McGough had a fantastic time last week at the annual Lean Construction Institute Congress held in Chicago, Illinois. The conference brought together over 1,500 industry leaders from across the United States and Canada representing ownership, general contracting, design and trade communities at the event. We were selected to present on our strategy and approach to building a Lean Enterprise. It was an honor to share McGough’s story with hundreds of other companies at different stages of Lean transformation – all sharing one passion for continuous improvement in the construction industry!
