McGough continues to experience record growth across the upper Midwest. With increased interest in services from prospective and existing customers, McGough is excited to add premier talent in the construction industry, while also fostering growth within the internal team. In response to increased demand, McGough hired new Iowa General Manager – Mike Harryman recently. Additionally, Spencer Hilde, formerly a Senior Project Manager in McGough’s Fargo office, is promoted to General Manager – North Dakota.
Both Mike and Spencer bring unique and industry-leading experience to the roles. Mike boasts more than 25 years of experience working in both construction and development with some of the nation’s leading construction firms. During his time in the industry, Mike’s spent time working across the US helping clients build in major and emerging markets all the same.

In North Dakota, where McGough currently has locations in Fargo and Bismarck, Spencer takes the helm after working more than 15 years in construction and engineering. Spencer, a North Dakota native, holds both bachelor’s and an MBA from NDSU. In working at McGough, Spencer has been instrumental in continuing to help foster game-changing relationships for the business in the Fargo and Bismarck regions as well as managing some of McGough’s best-in-class projects up north.
