McGough Named a StarTribune Top Workplace for 2015
McGough has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the StarTribune, ranking 27th on the midsize company list.
StarTribunes Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions assessing job expectations, engagement, overall organizational health, and employee satisfaction. The analysis included responses from a staggering 58,600 employees from Minnesota private, public, and nonprofit organizations.
To qualify to be a StarTribune Top Workplace, a company must have more than 50 employees in the state of Minnesota. A total of approximately 2,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated solely on the basis of employee responses.
