The ‘Top Workplace’ and ‘Best Place to Work’ awards recognize the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions on topics such as job expectations, employee satisfaction and engagement, and overall organizational health. McGough is one of just 16 companies - out of over two thousand eligible companies - that were named to both top employer lists.
