McGough Hires Tim Reimann as Executive Vice President of Lean Operations

SAINT PAUL, MN - McGough is pleased to announce that Tim Reimann has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Lean Operations. In this role, Tim will provide dedicated executive-level leadership of McGoughs Lean enterprise transformation.

With its people-centered focus on delivering the highest value to customers, Lean is one of our critical long-term strategies to enable customer satisfaction, high quality growth, and employee engagement, said Tom McGough, CEO and President of McGough.

Tim joins McGough with over 20-years of experience driving Lean transformations in high-impact leadership positions spanning manufacturing, retail operations, and supply chain. Tims passion for partnership development, cross-functional leadership, and results orientation will serve him well in this new role. Prior to joining McGough, Tim spent 13 years in transformation leadership roles at Andersen Corporation, the largest window and door manufacturer in North America. Before starting at Andersen in 2002, Tim designed and implemented Lean systems and solutions as a leader at Interelate, an information technology start-up in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and at RWD Technologies, a Lean automotive consulting firm in Detroit, Michigan. Tim began his career as a submarine officer in the United States Navy after graduating from the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He subsequently completed his masters degree at the University of Maryland at College Park.

Tim and his wife Mary have four children and live in Cottage Grove, Minnesota.
