SAINT PAUL, Minnesota – McGough Construction is pleased to announce that Cassie Nelson has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Cassie will oversee the company’s human capital strategy, which will include human capital development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, outreach, training and performance management.
