Groundbreaking for the St. Mary’s University of Minnesota Cascade Meadow Addition

Happy groundbreaking to the St. Mary's University of Minnesota team! This project is a 10,000-square foot addition to the existing Cascade Meadow facility in Rochester, MN. The addition is located so the interior spaces capture views to the wetlands while avoiding disruption of existing stormwater system - respecting the site and the restored wetlands surrounding it. This project is a collaborative effort between St. Mary's University of Minnesota and Mayo's School of Medicine to create a comprehensive 3+2 Physician Assistant Program to meet future patient needs in the area. This project is slated to be completed by the summer of 2018.
