McGough built the first office buildings in Minnesota to be awarded LEED Platinum and Gold certification, the highest certification rankings of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. Our innovative and award-winning Reflections at Bloomington Central Station project is the first Minnesota condominium to receive LEED certification, and our southwest division office in Phoenix recently received the LEED Commercial Interiors Certification and the LEED Core & Shell Silver Certification, the first double-certified facility in Arizona, and one of very few in the United States.

McGough has construction experience with every commercial LEED rating system, and McGough personnel have contributed to the development of USGBC systems as members of national-level committees.
