McGough Development facilitates the closing of the land and financing, executes the GMP construction contract and the lease.
We deliver a fully commissioned building and complete any final details necessary to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for the project. We can also provide full service facility management services.
Our transparent approach to lease rate determination uses a simple formula including total project costs, financing, lease term, and profit to the ownership entity. Each component of the formula is fully disclosed and negotiated.
