Calumet Lofts : Minneapolis, MN

This housing project includes the restoration and renovation of a 1911 warehouse in Minneapolis. The renovated building includes 35 loft condominiums with an exposed interior timber structure and restored exterior brick envelope. The project features skyline views of downtown Minneapolis; stained concrete floors with in-floor radiant heat; some exposed interior brick walls; 10- to 13-foot ceilings; balconies; and other state-of-the-art amenities.
