American Trio Lofts : Minneapolis, MN

After its previous service as a working commercial structure, American Trio assumes its final - and highest-use: Condominium loft homes with high ceilings, large columns fully integrated into living spaces, and massive windows that offer views of the Minneapolis downtown skyline. The concrete-frame building was renovated into 90 medium-price loft condominium units. The exterior was tuck-pointed, new windows were installed, and a completely new infrastructure, including total mechanical and electrical systems, was installed. A small parking ramp was also added to the back facade.
