William Mitchell College of Law : St. Paul, MN

McGough provided preconstruction and construction phase services for the Student Center and Classrooms. The 29,000-square foot renovation included work at the servery/kitchen, lounges and administrative offices. The work was completed without interruption to school sessions. All interior finishes were completely demolished, upgraded and newly installed. The newly constructed 32,000-square-foot classroom addition included six classrooms that seats 75 to 125 students each. The design included tiered flooring, newly integrated A/V projection and technology systems for maximizing communication between teachers and students.
