University of Minnesota Nicholson Hall : Minneapolis, MN

The project involved the entire exterior restoration and interior rebuilding of the 1890, historically-significant structure located on the east edge of the historic knoll on the University campus. The east wing and infill auditorium of the building were razed. The rehabilitation provided 71,000 square feet of high quality classroom and departmental office space for two academic departments of the College of Liberal Arts and the Office of Classroom Management, together with two student service units.
