University of Minnesota Folwell Hall : Minneapolis, MN

The exterior rehabilitation the historic Folwell Hall building consisted of the following items: foundation repair and waterproofing; brick veneer tuck pointing; Tuck point or re-build 26 brick chimneys; Terra Cotta tuck pointing and replacement (total of 503 new pieces and repair in the field of an additional 300 pieces); enlarge mechanical space in the attic for future mechanical units (structural revisions to existing roof framing); replace windows at the attic space; remove and replace copper roof flashing and gutters in addition to new clay tile roof; repair three exterior stairs at north, east and west entrances. The University added a tunnel to Nolte parking garage.
