This 20,000-square-foot tenant improvement project occupies two spaces on the main level of a two-story building. Previously, both spaces were shell spaces with only mechanical units existing in the space. The project included two large open-office areas for systems furniture, as well as executive offices along the perimeter of each of the two spaces.
