Remodeling and addition of facilities for Blue Cross & Blue Shield, a major Twin Cities health care provider, in Eagan, Minnesota; including construction of a 37,000-square foot computer center, remodeling of 20,000 square feet of interior space, and construction of a 50,000-square foot raised floor. All systems remained fully operational during construction.
